Jesse Rae Archibald Barber, Assistant Professor an der First Nations University of Canada, forscht zum Rolle des Autors Thomas King im Hochschulunterricht. Er hat sich mit folgender bitte an uns gewandt:
I am writing a chapter on Aboriginal Canadian/American writer Thomas King’s Presence in Education for a book called Thomas King: Works and Impact. It is being edited by Eva Gruber for Camden House as part of a series on European Studies in North American Literature and Culture. I am contacting professors in universities and colleges across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand as part of my research.
Could you please take two or three minutes to fill out the questionnaire below. I realize professors are busy, so you need not take much time in responding to some or all questions. For this particular aspect of the chapter, I need only an idea of the extent of King’s presence in education. (Could you also reply, even if Thomas King is not taught at your school?)
Wer helfen will, findet den Fragebogen zu Thomas King hier.
Bitte schicken Sie Ihre Antworten auf die Fragen an jbarber[at]firstnationsuniversity.ca

Presently, we are discussing Thomas King’s novel “Green Grass, Running Water”.
I am teaching a major course in English (Year 13, Canadian Studies) and my students enjoy the analysis of the novel very much.
My course is based on a publication on Cornelsen – Canada: Dreams and Realities (ISBN 978-3-06-032580-1) and we also use materials from

The results of the course work will be published by the German Stark Verlag in summer 2013
