The Chair in German-Canadian Studies at the University of Winnipeg and the Spletzer Family Foundation Inc. announce the German-Canadian Studies Fellowship Competition for 2017. The scholarships are awarded by the Spletzer Family Foundation Inc. to foster research of the highest quality at the doctoral level into the past and present experiences of German-speaking immigrants and their descendents in Canada, as well as into history and nature of relations and exchanges between Germany and Canada.
